Shopee seller fees in the Philippines 2026: every fee, what it is charged on, and your break-even ROAS
Updated 8 October 2026 · Shopee Philippines · rates read 20 September 2026
Since 11 May 2026 every Shopee Philippines seller pays a Seller Growth Support Fee of 1.00% or 1.50% of goods value, whether or not they joined any programme, and the 3.36% Coins Cashback service fee is gone.[5][6] With the commission, the 2.24% transaction fee, the mandatory Platform Shipping Fee and the ₱5 order fee, a Marketplace seller in a 10.50% category hands Shopee about 20% of the price before cost of goods.
This page lists every fee line Shopee Philippines publishes, the base each one is charged on, its cap, and who pays it, then works one order through to the number that decides your advertising: break-even ROAS. All published rates already include 12% VAT.[1]

Two lines Thailand and most other markets do not have are mandatory here: the Platform Shipping Fee and the Seller Growth Support Fee apply to sellers enrolled in nothing. And only the transaction fee is charged on the buyer’s total including shipping; every other percentage is charged on goods value alone.
How to compute Shopee fees and charges on one order
A Marketplace shop selling women’s clothing, a 10.50% commission category and a 1.00% Seller Growth Support category. The buyer pays ₱499 after the shop’s discount and no shipping is charged to the buyer. The goods cost ₱250.
| Price the buyer pays, after your discount (no shipping charged) | 499.00 |
| − cost of goods | −250.00 |
| − Commission, Women Clothes, Marketplace 10.50% | −52.40 |
| − Transaction fee 2.24% | −11.18 |
| − Platform Shipping Fee 5.60% (cap ₱100) | −27.94 |
| − Seller Growth Support Fee 1.00% | −4.99 |
| − Order processing fee | −5.00 |
| Shopee fees in total (20.3% of the price) | −101.51 |
| Profit per order before ads | 147.49 |
| m = 147.49 ÷ 499 | 29.6% |
| Break-even ROAS = 1 ÷ m | 3.38 |
On Shopee Mall the same order pays 9.96% commission and the lower 4.48% shipping fee: ₱93.23 in fees, ₱155.77 of profit, break-even ROAS 3.20. Break-even ROAS is the number your ads have to beat before they make any money; the reasons to set the target well above it are on our Shopee Ads optimization and ROAS protection pages.
On Shopee Philippines, a fifth of the price goes to fees before you have paid for the goods or a single click.

For a seller who was enrolled in Coins Cashback, May 2026 was roughly a cut of 1.86 to 2.36 points. For a seller who was in nothing, it was an increase of 1.00 to 1.50 points. Which one you are decides whether your old ad targets are now too loose or too tight.
How to work out your own Shopee fees, step by step
- 1
Find your category’s commission and Seller Growth Support rate
Shopee publishes both by category; the commission depends on whether you are Mall or Marketplace.[2][5]
- 2
Separate goods value from shipping
Only the 2.24% transaction fee is charged on shipping. Everything else is charged on the goods value after your own discounts and vouchers.
- 3
Apply the Platform Shipping cap per item
The 5.60% fee stops at ₱100 per item, which matters above about ₱1,786 per item (₱2,232 on Mall).
- 4
Add ₱5 per order once you pass 50 orders in the month
The first 50 completed orders each calendar month are free of the order processing fee.
- 5
Subtract cost of goods and divide by price
That is your margin. One divided by it is your break-even ROAS for Shopee Ads.
- 6
Recompute when a fee changes
The May 2026 change moved every seller’s margin by one to two points, in one direction or the other.
How this looks operationally
DataGlass computes every one of these lines per order from your Shopee settlement data for Philippine shops, joins them to your cost of goods, and shows contribution and break-even ROAS per product. The same numbers drive its Shopee Ads budget allocation.
Where this breaks down
- The worked order is illustrative. Commission and Seller Growth Support rates differ by category, and Shopee updates them.
- The calculator charges the ₱5 order fee on every order; the first 50 completed orders each month are free.
- SPayLater orders carry an extra 3% or 6% on the transaction fee by tenor; neither the example nor the calculator includes it.
- Opt-in programmes (MDV, Live Xtra) and return-related shipping charges are left out of the example.
