How these tools are built
- Every rate is dated
- A commission rate without an effective date is unusable — Shopee Thailand changed its schedule three times in 2026. Each table on these pages carries the date it took effect and the date we last checked it.
- VAT is handled once
- Shopee Thailand publishes commission VAT-inclusive; Lazada publishes it VAT-exclusive. Every rate on these pages says which it is, and nothing is multiplied by 1.07 twice.
- Unverifiable numbers are left out
- Where a category has more than one rate inside it, or where we cannot source a figure, the category is omitted and the field is left for you to fill in — rather than filled with a plausible guess.
